Move Better, Feel Better, Perform Better
A manual procedure that involves a directed Gentle thrust to move a joint past the the physiologic range of motion without exceeding the anatomical limit. Each Chiropractic adjustment uses controlled force, leverage, direction, amplitude, and velocity directed at specific joints or anatomic regions. Manipulation changes the mechanics of the joint and with repetition, establishes correct nerve, muscle, and joint function.
ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats adhesions/Scar Tissue that has accumulated within muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused tissues.
Hyper = Increased; Baric = Pressure
Mild HyperBaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) is similar to diving underwater with an oxygen mask. That’s why an mHBOT treatment is often referred to as a dive. Mild HyperBaric Oxygen Therapy is a Specialized, Safe, and Medically recognized therapy which improves the body’s natural healing process by the inhalation of 100% oxygen in a pressurized chamber. Mild HyperBaric Oxygen Therapy uses an increase in atmospheric pressure to allow oxygen levels in the blood cells, blood plasma, and cerebral spinal fluid to increase many times above normal, allowing the compromised tissue and injury sites to be bathed in oxygen.
Deep Laser Therapy uses therapeutic lasers to deliver specific red and near-infrared wavelengths to help reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling, while promoting tissue repair and healing. Its physiological effects include improved circulation, reduced inflammation, pain relief, and enhanced tissue healing. Deep Laser Therapy has been utilized in Europe since the 1970s and was cleared by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2005.
The SFMA is the movement based diagnostic system, designed to clinically assess 7 fundamental movement patterns in those with known musculoskeletal pain. The assessment provides an efficient method to systematically find the cause of symptoms, not just the source, by logically breaking down dysfunctional patterns and diagnosing their root cause as either a mobility problem or a stability/motor control problem.
FMS is the screening tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain complaint or known musculoskeletal injury. Dr. Aaron Ayala utilizes the FMS Screening to help prepare his athletes to endure the long challenging season and avoid injury.
Functional Range Conditioning is a system of joint health, and mobility training based in scientific principles and research. With FRC we are able create, control and expand useable range of motion to improve performance and to protect the human body.
Dr. Aaron Ayala is a Certified Functional Movement Taping Practitioner for RockTape. Through RockTape and Functional Movement Taping, we can help improve pain and dysfunction by supporting proper movement patterns. RockTape is effective for both sports and non-sports injuries, including shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee, and back pain, to name a few. The tape works by microscopically lifting the skin away from the underlying muscle and fascia, creating a decompressive effect. Known for being stretchier, stickier, and stronger than other options, RockTape is preferred by athletes and professionals around the world.
TPI Certification program is an evidence-based, educational pathway designed to teach industry professionals how to increase player performance through a deep understanding of how the body functions during the golf swing. We call this concept The Body-Swing Connection. In 2014 Dr. Aaron Ayala introduced the Titleist Performance Institute Screening to the golfing community of Ventura County, allowing him to identify limitations and asymmetries in a Golf Swing that may be hindering a golfers Game and Quality of Life.
Dr. Ayala introduced Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy in 2017 to Ventura County. ANF Therapy is a unique technique that utilizes Carbonized disc charged to specific frequencies to help heal tissue that is damaged or inflamed. ANF Therapy works at a cellular level and the results are instant and remarkable without the use of any drugs or chemicals. The results are truly amazing, regardless of the condition – whether a patient experiences Nerve Pain such as Sciatica or carpal tunnel, migraines, Autoimmune Disorders such as Fibromyalgia, or simple Sprain/Strains, Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy can help everyone.
